location to Black Canyon National Park, clean pool, comfortable furniture
The room's foul odor upon air conditioning activation definitely detracted from our experience!!! Also, the outdated bathroom was a big letdown with cracked tiles and grime in the corners that could easily be freshened up!!!

The room was somewhat cramped and lacked thorough cleaning, yet the staff was friendly and quick to assist when we faced some issues like missing towels. The breakfast was basic, with only cereal and bagels, but overall, it was decent for the price and had a good location.

The cozy Queen Room had a charming vintage decor, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making it easier for seniors to navigate and feel at home during our stay.
Better food options needed for breakfast variety.

I had a decent stay with my family! The big Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy, and we loved how helpful the staff was, especially when we needed more towels. Also, the sweet little details like candies in the room made it feel special, even if the breakfast was pretty basic.

Friendly staff, but cleanliness issues
My stay was pleasant overall, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired. While the staff was very accommodating and helpful, the bathroom needed a deep clean and the shower had low water pressure. The bed was comfortable, making it a decent rest stop on my travels.

missingWrote a review on Jul 29family adventuresspectacular viewslacking towels
Staying here with my family and dad was great for exploring the nearby Black Canyon National Park. We enjoyed hikes along the North Rim that offered spectacular views, coupled with fun ranger-led activities for the kids, making for memorable family adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, the towels were lacking for a family stay. We had only three for four guests in a large room that could accommodate six. that left us scrambling during a busy morning.
